BCC will be the only agent to handle all the goods and exhibits in Iraq to and from the exhibition center. Having said the above, you are free to ship with any other agents from the country of origin but once the goods arrive in Iraq, BCC will be the only agent allowed to clear the goods and deliver them to the exhibition center. IFP recommends that you deal with BCC from the start to avoid any confusion and delays in delivery.

It is essential that all of your exhibitors and clients be aware of the above. No other freight forwarders or agents will be allowed to clear any goods and exhibits into Iraq by land, sea or air without the coordination & approval of BCC. It is the exhibitor's responsibility to ensure that their exhibits are covered by an adequate insurance policy for the shipment, duration of the event, re-packing, and re-exporting from the exhibition. Also, it is advised that all EXHIBITORS have a valid Inpatient/Outpatient Medical Insurance covering the Middle East Region.
